DAL S. SPERAZZA, MD


Dr Sperazza joined the team in 2023. She has been practicing General Psychiatry, since 1976. She has been in private practice since 1992. Previously, she also was Medical Director of Hazelton General Hospital's Mental Health Unit.  She also provided Multidisciplinary Psychiatric Services at Community Counseling Services, including inpatient, outpatient, crisis intervention, partial hospitalization, and nursing home and hospital consultation. Dr. Sperazza treats adolescent 18 and older, adult, and geriatric patients for all psychiatric conditions, including Mood Disorder, Thought Disorder, Personality Disorder and Adjustment Disorder. 

Satish K. Mallik, MD 

Dr. Mallik joined the practice in 2013. He has been practicing psychiatric medicine since 1997; serving adults and the geriatric population in a private, out-patient setting.  Dr. Mallik formerly served as Medical Director for an in-patient Psychiatric Unit.

​Dr Mallik speaks Hindi and Nepali.

Matthew A. Berger, MD 

Dr. Berger has been practicing psychiatric medicine since 1989, with a special interest in forensic psychiatry.  He currently serves as the medical director for the geriatric psychiatric unit at Moses Taylor Hospital in Scranton, PA.

Kristie M. Nardell, MD 

Dr. Nardell joined the team in 2014 after practicing at First Hospital as the child and adolescent program director for 13 years.  She is a graduate of Penn State College of Medicine and completed a psychiatry residency as well as a child and adolescent fellowship at Penn State University, Department of Psychiatry.  Dr. Nardell specializes in child and adolescent psychiatry working with a wide variety of patients including those with mood, anxiety, attention and affective disorders.

Paul G. Termini, MD

Dr. Termini joined the team in 2020.  He has been practicing since 1997 and is board certified in child and adolescent psychiatry.  He previously served as the medical director of out-patient services for Wyoming Valley Health Care and Children’s Service Center and more recently the in-patient director of children and adolescents at First Hospital.  He completed his undergraduate studies at Duke University, medical degree from Temple, and residencies at Milton S. Hershey (Penn State).  Dr. Termini treats children, adolescents, and young adults for all conditions including ADHD, Behavioral issues, Mood disorders, Anxiety disorders, and Autism.
